The road to the Ragnarok World Championships is nearing the home stretch and the search for the Philippine Representative carries on. For this leg of the RPC, we will be going to 4 regions in the country searching for a team of heroes that will brave battles against other teams. In each region, we will be crowning a champion for each and in the end, these four champions will battle it out to become the Regionals Champion and take a spot in the RPC Final 8! Luzon: August 9 & 10-SM Pampanga
GMA: July 19 & 20-SM North Edsa
Visayas: August 2 & 3-SM Cebu
Mindanao: August 16 & 17-SM Davao
Eligibility
• Each participant must bring valid ID with picture that will prove he / she is residing within the specific region. Valid IDs are present School ID, Government ID such as LTO, Student Permit. In case there is a problem with the ID, please bring copy of Birth Certificate.
• Each participant is only allowed to join once for the whole Regionals Tournament itself.
Mechanics
• Registration will start at 9:00am and will end at 4:00pm.
• Only the first 16 teams to register will be qualified to enter the tournament. The 17th and 18th team to register will be qualified if in case a team out of the 16 teams got forfeited.
• Each team must bring 1,000 worth of unused Level Up Card which they will need to present in the registration booth.
• All participants must be present upon registration.
• Accounts will be provided by the Tournament marshals.
• The Winner on the first day must come back on the second day to compete with the second day winner. Then the Regionals GMA Champion will be determined.
• A team will be called for their turn within 15 minutes, if they do not appear within the allotted time, their turn will be forfeited.
• Lag, human error, or defective PC parts will not stop the game.
• Players may bring their own Keyboard, Mouse and Mouse Pad on the tournament day.
• Only the Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials have the right to stop the match if needed.
Tournament Rules
a. The tournament will be a 7 vs 7 team match
b. Teams will then be given 10 minutes for their equipment set-up.
c. The match will be a single elimination round from the first 16 teams until the final 4 teams are determined.
d. The final four each day will have a best-of-3 rounds match.
e. Tie breaks will be determined by the number of surviving members.
f. Any ties after the stated tie-breaker conditions are subject to a 1-round sudden-death match with NO HP or SP restoring items and no High Priest.
g. The start of a match will be signaled by marshaling Game Masters. Players may start casting buffs during the count down. Use of other skills, on the other hand, is restricted until the marshals give their go signal. Offending players will be given a warning; then on the second offense, penalty will be disqualification from the tournament. The same rule holds for those who attack a tournament marshal.
h. Each match will last 7 minutes.

a. Only Transcendent Characters are allowed.

b. Level restrictions. High Priests, High Wizards and Snipers are set at level 85 while the rest are at level 90.
c. All job levels are at 60. The first Job Lv. of all job classes is 50 and second job is Job Lv 60.
d. NO repeating classes.
e. 10M zeny will be allocated for each participant to use till the end of the tournament.
f. Item drop and trade has been disabled. Use of Vending skill is prohibited.
g. Here are the lists of items that are available.
h. Item Restrictions.
- Purchase of Poison Bottles is limited to Assassin Cross while the other bottles are only available to Biochemists.
- Acid Bottles and Grenades are limited to 5 pcs each, while Poison Bottles are limited to 3pcs for the whole match.
i. Plagiarism skill of Stalker will be learned through the match itself or while the match is ongoing.
Player Responsibilities
1. Players must follow the rules interpretations and guidelines for play set forth by the RPC Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials.
2. Players are expected to behave in a respectful and sporting manner at all times.
3. Players who argue with or fail to follow the instructions of the Tournament Director, head judge or other tournament officials are subject to the appropriate penalties as the case may be.
4. Level Up and/or officials of the RPC Tournament Committee reserve the right to suspend or ban a player or guild without prior notice for any reason deemed necessary.
5. The decision of the Referees, Game Masters, and tournament officials ARE FINAL.
6. Level Up has the right to change/delete portions/expound/clarify/interpret tournament rules depending on circumstances as they see fit for a fair and balanced competition environment
