everything is random

my new years resolution is I will now stop sleeping in our classroom at the jeepney because I am always sleeping in our classroom, everytime my teacher taught us a lesson but I sleep only when I get’s bored or tired. Now I am thanking GOD for giving the blessings, good health, friends, my family and lastly my girlfriend. Wishing this 2008 I will get a more blessings and good about my life.

Love no matter how hard you find it. You won’t see it, no matter how hard you and you won’t get it. But when you’re about to give it up, it comes.  Sometimes the love we are looking for is right in front of us to close for the eyes to see. So, close your eyes and let your heart see itself. There are things you love to hear but you can never hear it from the person who says it with his heart. Just because someone doesn’t love you the way you want, doesn’t mean they don’t love you with all they have. There are so many stars in the sky, only some are radiant enough to be notice, among those you choose to ignore is the one who is willing to shine for you forever even if your glance remains elsewhere.

One for all and all for one. This is what we heard  in a certain team and it  boost their confidence as a group  Building a team and being a team is not easy, each member must be able to meet with the team’s goals and aims. It must be cooperative and being responsible to every work to do. There are some characteristics to have, for a team to be effective and come up with a good result. One of this is mutual trusts. This is not build only for a second or minute, it takes time to be built and only a short time to be destroyed. Mutual trust in a certain way that they believe one another. They believe in their potential and abilities that every member possesses. For one situation that you had a group, a new formed group, and each one of you had given assign works to do and you did not make it, your co-members believe in your abilities  that you can make and it was failed maybe next time they will not give you  another works to do because you failed them. They don’t trust you anymore.

Building a team should have mutual understanding and teamwork. Expressing one’s feeling, opinion and queries are necessary  to have a better works in which every member respects each other. And with this purpose it will help them to collect and to gain their knowledge on what is the goal of their work. Mutual support is build when every member or group has genuine concern for its co-member where in everyone is ready to give time and energy in protecting and accomplishing the task given. Genuine communication gives emphasis to the quality and openness and authenticity of the member of the words she/he says or speaks about, where there is equal evaluation, no biases to whatever information given. Accepting conflicts as normal and working them is differences among members, still with their goals they are united. Every conflict must be talked or discussed by the group to arrive a good and decisive solution to the problem. Lastly, since members of a group have its own individual differences, they must be respected so that every member is given a chance to speak out their side, and it will lead harmoniously. They are committed to their team and they are willing to do the best and share their abilities to the group. One for all and all for one should maintain in a team.

Lord Jesus, when you lived and worked and talked amongst men in Palestine, they called your Teacher.

Help me to remember the greatness of the work which has been given to me to do; that I work with the most precious material in the world, the mind of youth. Help me always to remember that I am making marks upon that mind which time will never rub out.
Give me patience with those who are slow to learn, and even with those who refuse to learn. When I have to exercise discipline, help me to do so in sterness and yet in love. Keep me from the sarcastic and the biting tongue, and help me always to encourage those who are doing their best, even if that best is not very good.

Help me to help my students, not only to store things in their memories, but to be able to use their minds, and to think for themselves. And amidst all the worries and the frustrations of my job, help me to remember that the future of the nation and of the world is in my hands. Amen.

The Pilgrims

The Host: He is the proprietor of the Tabard Inn where the pilgrims to Canterbury stay and travels with them on their journey. It is the Host who devised the scheme of the tales, proposing that each tell two tales on the way to Canterbury, and he frequently mediates arguments between pilgrims and suggests who shall tell the next story

The Knight: A noble fighter who served in the Crusades, he travels with his son, the Squire. The Knight tells the first tale, a romantic tale of a love triangle between two knights and a woman they both love.

The Squire: A ‘lusty bachelor’ of twenty, the Squire is the son of the Knight. He tells an incomplete tale concerning the gifts that a mysterious knight brings to the court of Tartary.

The Knight’s Yeoman: The Yeoman is the second servant who travels with the Knight. He does not tell a tale.

The Prioress: A delicate, sentimental woman, the Prioress weeps over any small tragedy such as the death of a mouse. She attempts to appear refined, but her refinement is superficial. Her tale concerns the murder of a small child at the hands of Jews who loathe the child for singing about the Virgin Mary.

The Second Nun: The secretary to the Prioress, the Second Nun tells as her tale the biography of Saint Cecilia.

The Monk: A robust and masculine man, the Monk travels with the Prioress and Second Nun. He tells the tale of a hen and her ‘husband,’ a rooster who prophesies misfortune.

The Friar (Hubert): He is an immoral man concerned largely with profit rather than turning men away from sin. His tale is an attack on the wickedness of summoners.

The Merchant: He is an arrogant man obsessed with profit margins. His story is a comic tale concerning an elderly blind man who takes a young wife who proves unfaithful.

The Clerk: The Clerk is a student at Oxford, and his lack of an actual profession leaves him impoverished. Although educated, his intellectual pursuits have left him virtually unemployable. He tells a tale of the humble Griselde, who marries a man of high status who cruelly tests her devotion to him.

The Man of Law: The lawyer tells a religiously inspired tale concerning Constance, a woman who suffers a number of tragedies but is at each turn saved by her devotion to her Christian beliefs.

The Franklin: He travels with the Man of Law. The Franklin is a man who takes delight in all simple pleasures, most prominently culinary ones. His story is that of a woman who promises to have an affair with a man if he can do something she deems impossible that would nevertheless save her husband.

I didn’t imagine I make this poem, the reason why I make this poem because I am so bored.

Cougar Club the year’s must see outrageous comedy! I have watched Cougar Club movie today and I like it so much. The movie has a good story and a lot of funny scenes. Cougar Club movie is all about when Spence and Hogan graduate from college, life is bleak. They have to work for heinous divorce lawyers that torture them. Spence has a girlfriend from hell and Hogan just wants to start his life already. As luck would have it, our two young men are presented with an opportunity, they develop a club of young men devoted to the older woman, the "COUGAR" if you will.
